I’m so confused on all the good reviews. I had only negative experience here. My first “phone appointment” was supposed to be 10am October 13. At 10:15am I had not received a call so I called the office, I received the voicemail and left a message asking “what happened?”. That same day I got a call at 12pm from the nurse. She did not acknowledge that she had missed our appointment or my voicemail so I asked “what happened?” The nurse snapped back at me saying “do you want to do this or not?!” very rude. I decided to proceed with the “phone appointment” which was very unpleasant to say the least. Finally I was able to schedule an in person appointment for November 10 at 3:30pm. On November 10 I arrive at 2:24pm and walk up to the desk window. I did not receive any acknowledgement, I just got a clip board literally slammed on the counter in front of me. I signed in and took a seat. At 3:42pm I was called and my husband and I walked to the door. The nurse at the door said “patient only” I said “I just saw a man and woman walk out together” the nurse responded “they were talking to David, do you want to talk to David?” I responded “I don’t know who David is” the nurse responded “he’s the manager” then I responded “sure”. The nurse puts my husband and I in a room and David, the manager, comes in and immediately exclaims “You were told patient only when you scheduled you appointment!” I responded “No, actually I was not” then my husband asks “why is it patient…” and gets cut off by David “COVID!” My husband responds “LA does not have social distance requirements as of June 15” David then responds with “You can either stay or leave”. Needless to say we obviously left. I immediately called Dr. Baker and had a much more lovely experience scheduling an appointment and YES my husband is allowed to be with me.
