When I first met Dr. Landis it appeared she was very involved with the entire process. After having my surgery, I did not see her personally for follow-up visits. I was seen my her temporary nurse practitioner while her other primary nurse practitioner was out on leave. I finally got to met with her after my surgery almost 4 weeks later after reaching out several times on the patient portal communicating my concerns and frustration with my healing process. I was suppose to see her one more time after that visit for a 6 week check-up and she went ahead and canceled it. Now I’m still having issues with the healing and it doesn’t seem to be priority for her. She seems to be already checked out of St. John’s and pushing her clients to the back burner to focus on going into her own practice. Just taking the time and seeing a patient can make their mind feel more at ease. So it’s very disappointing more time isn’t taken for clients that are having issues.

Dr. Landis did amazing work, she was very thorough explaining her procedures and the process. After having an unexpected mastectomy she made me look so natural and that is very comforting.
