Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your health care needs. The office is an absolute disaster. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter 3 months ago with Dr. Cotto. We called every month before the appointment to see if they could fit us in sooner. The date of the appointment 2/22/2024 at 1:30pm, when we got there they told us the appointment was canceled since the doctor was not there. They did not give us the courtesy to call and speak to me or my daughter before we arrived. They pulled out a letter dated 2/6/2024 that we never received. If we had received that letter, why would we be there for the appointment? I don’t believe they actually mailed the letter. They swear they called and left voicemails, but we never received any notification. Seems they never actually made the call and they certainly did not leave any voicemails. How do you even consider canceling an appointment that has been waiting 3 months?! They have no consideration for anyones time or health. After having done blood work 2 days prior to be ready for this appointment and taking time off at work, they cancel us onsite! The only option they gave us was to get on waiting list! or next appointment in mid April! (5 months from when we first called to schedule.) They handle their appointments/patients as if they were a hair dresser or nail salon. After 3 months of waiting, this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with a health care “professional”. I never imagined a health care practitioner cared so little about the health of their patients. Do yourself a favor by going somewhere else where you are treated as a patient and not a number. I will never recommend Dr. Cotto or any other doctor from this office. If they allow these types of issues, can you imagine having to deal with a serious health problem with themi?
