Dr Goodwin is amazing! I saw her as a kid and take my children to see her. If you want to get any medication your kid might need, go to Goodwin! Not only does she catch things early, but she's not afraid to medicate (if your kid NEEDS it. She'll know the difference). It's worth waiting an extra day or two just to see her if she doesn't have any immediately available appointments. Especially if other doctors will make you come back a week later "if symptoms don't disappear." You could actually save money in taking your sickly child to see her instead of someone else because you're less likely to have to come back! She takes half the time to look over your child as other doctors, and sees more! She also isn't afraid to answer any questions you might have. She doesn't rush you while not wasting your time either. I'll warn you, she does talk in a sing-song voice. If that's something that would bother you, it might be better to see someone else. Either way, she's very good at her job.
