Before my 1st appointment I was called 5 times to verify my insurance. I showed up 30 minutes early, as instructed. I paid $250 CASH, as they had no card readers on the premise. I then proceeded to wait for 3 hours to be seen. Was only called back after I said something. Wasn't put into an actual exam room, and had the door shut on me before I could ask anything. Not even 'the doctor will be in shortly'. Dr came in, examined me. Said he was going to take some blood for labs and then call in a prescription for me. A prescription was never called in. When I called the office to ask about it, I was told the doctor changed his mind and wanted to wait for test results. Then the day before my next appointment I received a call stating that the insurance was still processing my claim from the last visit and since it was taking too long I would have to pay hundreds more to get my test results! The office is run down, the chairs are duct taped, and the staff was rude. DONT GO!!
