He was incredibly rude and aggressive, and tried to physically intimidate me. Without even introducing himself he stood right at the edge of my bed and loomed over me and aggressively asked what I wanted and made me repeat that I was there for urinary incontinence three times (he clearly already knew why I was there) before responding with either 'so?' or 'and?' as if it isn't clear why someone would see a doctor for incontinence. He asked no follow up questions whatsoever and aggressively told me to take a urine test. When I informed him it was already collected he became visibly more angry and left the room.He informed me that the results were all normal when in fact there were several abnormal levels measured. Terrible doctor who should not work with people asking for help.~Dr. Kali Grud
