We had the worst experience. She was condescending, rude, poor advice, and poor evaluation. Came in with flu like symptoms. Chest discomfort and congestion. History of recurring pneumonia. Admittedly not serious enough for an ER but enough to settle for an urgent care since our PCP is closed on weekends. We were consistently cut off when trying to explain symptoms and all the information we tried to give was dismissed in a condescending tone. No advice given, not even a flu and covid test. Didn't know what rhonchi, a basic lung sound, even was. We understand places get busy but why go into medicine if you lack the basic care and compassion of a human being. She has done more to convince us not to seek help than she has helped us today. Seek help elsewhere.
