The title speaks for itself. Dr. Sugarman takes her time with her patients, she is smart, kind, empathetic, understanding, intuitive, bright, and she thinks outside the box. I can't say enough about her. I would follow her to the ends of the Earth. She is the best doctor I've ever had.
