She won't call me back about labs. What others said online is 100% facts. I cannot believe my GYN recommended this Dr to me. I had labs done on Aug 31. Some came back flagged. I repeated it on Sept 12 despite the fact her nurse said Dr Monroe says it probably isn't necessary. I said well I want to see if it comes back like this again. She said ok let me see what she wants to do. She called me back and said Dr Monroe said she will put in the order. Come back anytime. So I did. I noticed when the portal had my results she'd ordered some extra stuff. I have no idea why. I can't even get a call back from her nurse. When you call you don't get a real human but rather a recording. I tried again yesterday and asked if there is an office Mgr. The lady said yes do you want to speak to her? I said is she there? She said yes she is. I said yes I'd like to. She puts me through and of course another recording! Even the office Mgr wouldn't take my call. It's been 22 days (3+ weeks) since my second set of labs and Dr Monroe is too busy to look at them and call me back? I call their bluff. This place cares about only one thing. $$$$$$$$. They know if they keep ignoring me I will give up and make an appt to come back in and discuss labs. They told me they'd CALL with any lab issues but they lied. I won't be back to Dr Monroe. It's a shame bc I thought the other stuff incl her nurse was really nice and professional.
