Terrible. She may have a good reputation but has exhibited insensitivity when I attempt to communicate my health problems to her. She just does not listen to me and instead of providing referrals I get remarks such as "don't tell me all of your problems just 2 or 3" and "what are you going to do now". I'm serious! A friend offered his opinion that she seems to be incompetent and that I would be better off with a younger doctor who is most likely to be better trained and knowledgeable regarding current/recent medical developments and best practices. I would not recommend Dr. Croad to anyone.
