First of all. Jeanette who is her p.a. Told the nurse to get me in as soon as a cancellation opened up. I never got that phone call.waited 5 weeks to get in. Jeanette said they have all kind of cancellations. But no one ever called. Weeks later I get a phone call from Aaron that said to call her back at this number. I spent the next 4 day calling and calling. No answer. I tried the office number,which only got me the runaround. No one in the office could tell me what she needed. I messaged Jeanette 2 times asking what was going on. Nothing. This hold time I’m being ignored. Bad thing is this is a pain management place. I don’t get medication from this place only injections in my spine. There’s not many pain management doctors close to me so I’m just stuck here. I thought this place was going to be great now I am having second thoughts. But I’m stuck it took me 6 months to get in to see them. I feel like I’m just hanging waiting on some kind of help.
