Patient Reviews
Jun 02, 2024
I was a patient of Dr. Neal for over 2 years. As I have found with several Primary Care Direct physicians over the past 10 years they advertise that they 'are there for you' but this is far from the truth. You pay a subscription fee every month and if you need service that goes past what they feel they are being compensated for, in most cases what I have experienced is it's about 2 hours per year or $600 per hour, they get very testy and unkind.
