I’m giving one star because I chose Dr. Rose to be my new PCP and waiting three weeks for the new patient appointment. I showed up this morning in the Dr’s office before 9 o’clock but was told the doctor canceled my appointment because it was scheduled As a Follow up visit. I said I got a reminder call confirming this 2 days ago. But the front desk said they called me to change it. I looked at my phone and found a voicemail for ”Call back to reschedule “ on 2:14 pm yesterday. So in the few hours without my call back, the doctor decided to just cancel my appointment of early next morning.I understand a new patient appointment takes longer but if you can’t notify the new patient properly then there’s always a way to adjust the schedule. Instead I was told Dr. Rose can’t see me and no other doctors can see me today. I worked in a doctor’s office for 10 years and I know this should not happen. This dr. showed very little consideration and I can’t trust her with my care.
