Been with her over a year now. Way too many times her staff have sent the wrong things into the pharmacy or double ordered making me make multiple trips and calls to get it straight. When solara wouldn't send out son's stuff due to yet another error on their part, and they wouldn't even help me get emergency supplies so my son would not go into ketosis, well, my mind is made up. Unhelpful. Not rude, but incompetence abound so much here.
