Dr. Messinger was my kids pediatrician for 5 years since she was with Centegra Hospital. After she moved offices and switched to NW medicine. Everything has been a nightmare. The office staff is incompetent, simple booking for physicals can’t be completed with outa my head aches. Last straw was when I requested medical record and to took over two weeks and me showing up personally and letting them know I wasn’t leaving till I obtain those records.
