Best doctor I have ever experienced (of the 30+) I have dealt with (The physician that performed my back surgery is up there). Lisa is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable (fixed others diagnoses/prescriptions) as well as able to communicate a course of treatment in such a way that she was the first Doctor I trusted (that took two visits). So grateful for her.

I found Dr. Montgomery to be *awful*. Granted, this was a Kaiser e-Visit, but she didn't ask any clarifying questions about my medical needs, didn't address my questions about her recommended treatment conflicting with my current medication and it seemed like she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. This is by far the lamest medical interaction I've had with a "professional" in years, if not ever. Absolutely awful. More details: She didn't ask a single clarifying question about my medical issue, history or needs and merely provided general blanket recommendations that were so incredibly generic that my own google searches were more effective. When I pressed her specifically whether the medication she recommended would compromise the effectiveness of the current medication I'm taking, she **did not reply**. She basically just said whatever you do is your choice. For the sake of people's health, I hope she's MUCH better in person.
