I’m very impressed with Dr. Youkeles! She greeted me warmly, sat down and answered every one of my plethora of questions, drew diagrams at times to explain. She has a very down to earth, direct, patient way of explaining things, like she’s sitting down with a friend to explain in clear, detailed but easy to understand way how she bakes a cake, and her friend leaves ready to bake. I left her office, fully confident in her competence and abilities, with a clear understanding of the direction and testing I needed, confident for the first time that it’s the right direction, because I understood.
