Dr. Lizette Castillo, DDS

I have always had really great service at Lasante Health Center. With my initial cleaning exam with Dr. Castillo was one of the worst exams I’ve ever had in my life. Not a native from New York, I’ve always had great dental care and people that really cared about about their patients which I thought I would be receiving since Lasante has such great doctors and I’ve never run into a problem. Dr. Castillo took about maybe 2 to 3 minutes. What felt like cleaning my teeth and didn’t even really give me a proper cleaning. I still had plaque buildup and tartar buildup in my teeth and that left such a bad taste in my mouth that she did not even care to properly clean my mouth, but this is her dedicated medical field. I was supposed to have a fill-in with her but I immediately canceled once I really thought about how I was treated at my initial exam left me to looking for a dental service outside of Lasante unfortunately given all my doctors are at this medical center. I am extremely disappointed and I wish I would’ve reported this as soon as it happened. Doctors like Dr. Castillo should not be in the line of business which they are not 100% dedicated to.
