She is very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in terms I understood and took the time to listen to me and how I felt.She took the time to update my daughter that lives in Texas because she knew my daughter was concerned.She is one in a million. Kaiser is lucky to have her and so was I.
