Dr. Lois Lombardo, DMD

I went there to get crowns for my front teeth. The took many impressions and Dr. Lombardo was getting aggravated. Once the temporary crowns were done they were a yellowish brown color. I was shocked! When I asked the doctor why she didn't match them to my tooth color she said they only had one color and that it's temporary. How do you only have one color for crowns? Once the crowns came in, they opened the box and they weren't in the box. They called the lab and they told her they had to be redone. Supposedly someone didnt' give her the message. She had to redo the impressions and it took 3 more weeks for me to get the crowns. I would not recommend getting crowns from Dr. Lombardo's office. She even made a chip in one of the front teeth telling me she did that for me because I had a chip in it. I never had a chip in my front tooth. Not a good place.
