I had a breast ultrasound scheduled due to an abnormal mammogram. When I showed up for the appointment, they couldn’t see me because they didn’t have an order from Dr. Ofori. She refused to give a verbal order and instead insisted I make an appointment with her for the order. She was completely unconcerned with the fact that I took off work and was actually waiting for the appointment. Now if there is cancer, my treatment will be delayed as I now have to find a new primary care and schedule an appointment and then schedule the ultrasound again. I believe this doctor cares more about getting paid for the office visit than her patients.
