Office staff won’t do their job AT ALL!! Laziest people you will ever meet. Look at how many 1 star reviews? 30K patients - that’s right. So even if the staff was competent you wouldn’t get anything on time or at all. I like Dr. Phipps but he depends on his staff to reply on the portal which is a joke. Nobody will make a phone call on your behalf to anyone! I finally had to leave. Couldn’t take it.
