I had a fall that left me with a moderate concussion. I have difficulty with my memory, finding words, light and noise sensitivity, mood changes, headaches, vision changes, insomnia, etc. Dr Myers has spent a lot of time explaining what is going on in my brain, and how I can help heal it. She doesn't just treat symptoms by throwing meds at you, but actually shows you a bigger picture to your brain health. From nutrition, to proper sleep hygiene, she has really helped me to recover. Very caring.
