I’m called for an appointment today and they asked me if I had insurance. I said I Have Medicare and United Healthcare and both PPPO. The receptionist told me they didn’t take those insurance. So I told her I will pay cash. She told me we can’t expect cash if I have insurance. I said well you Tony expect my insurance so I’m willing to pay cash. She was rude a refused to make me an appointment. I have never heard of this before and I have been in medical field for 50 years. They were highly recommended. I was totally disappointed and the Dr Should know his staff is rude!!’n
