We had experience with Dr. Jakubowski almost 5 years ago where he didn’t listen to our concerns, told us what we were worried our child had was so rare that it is basically impossible he has it and made us feel like we were crazy for thinking something was wrong. Turns out he was diagnosed with exactly what Dr. Jakubowski said was to rare to have by another ENT who chose to listen. Fast forward to last week, saw him again for our 2 month old with the same concerns, he again is condescending and tells us the condition is so rare it is unlikely this child also has it and informed us that our experience is clouded from that of our older son. I was hoping to give him the benefit of the doubt the second time around but sadly the appointment went exactly the same. Unless your child is extremely sick he will disregard your concerns as a parent in a very ill mannered unprofessional way. Save your time and money and go to Gillette Children’s or Mayo in Rochester.
