All what they care about is your payement . Zero communication, they got my expensive orthotics but no one called me to inform me. They charged my insurance 1,000 dollars for 1 visit and if I didn’t call about the orthotics I wouldn’t have received them after waiting 6 months. The help desk lady was rolling her eyes and didn’t even wait for me to leave to bad mouth me. No idea why I was charged ahead for the visit then stiffed me with so many more bills and discrepancies.
