Must express my profound disappointment with the care received. Dr. Granady explicitly promised that my dust mite allergy immunotherapy vials would be administered within 3-4 weeks maximum. I diligently followed up with three phone calls to confirm the status of my treatment. After a full month had passed, I spoke directly with Dr. Granady, who personally assured me the vials were forthcoming. Upon reaching the six-week mark and after three increasingly urgent calls today, I finally received notification from a nurse – not the doctor – that the vials had not even been manufactured. Despite Dr. Granady’s assurances that she was “on my case,” it became evident that she had never actually followed up with the manufacturing process until my repeated escalations forced verification today. She misled me and dismissed me as a patient. As a scientist, I find this level of patient care wholly unacceptable. This experience demonstrates: Serious misrepresentation of treatment timelines. Failure to monitor ordered treatments. Inadequate follow-through on patient commitments and Unprofessional delegation of critical patient communications. Dr. Granady did not personally address these failures, instead delegating apologies to support staff. I strongly advise prospective patients to seek treatment elsewhere to avoid similar disappointment and delays. This recommendation is corroborated by numerous negative reviews for ENT Associates’ Upper East Side location.???????????????? Avoid at all cost.
