Dr Kong has a wide depth of knowledge and an excellent memory. She clearly cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure they have the care they need. I've had a lot of VA doctors- she's been the one who makes the most effort to take care of her patients as people, not as case files. Dr Kong's accent is thick but not unintelligible. Her English is very good (not sure why that other commenter had trouble) and her voice is pleasant to listen to.
