Dr. Heflin was very rude and did not believe me when I explained to her that I had taken a medication in the past that caused me serious issues. I told her multiple times that I was prescribed a medication that caused me to suffer from side effects. She assured me I was wrong (because she was overlooking it in my records or was not looking in the right place), and her attitude made me feel that I was being viewed as a liar. I ordered a complete copy of my medical records and within a minute of searching through the papers I found the documentation. I will be seeking care at a different office.
