If I could give zero stars, I would.I'm in my 40s and have been dealing with severe joint pain and flare-ups for over a decade. My MRIs clearly showed active inflammation in both major and peripheral joints. Despite this, the rheumatologist I saw dismissed my symptoms and advised me to simply take diclofenac for pain relief, saying there was nothing more she could do. I left her office feeling completely hopeless.A year later, I saw another rheumatologist with a far stronger reputation, who properly diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease requiring biologic injections—treatment I should have started long ago.It's deeply concerning when physicians fail to stay current with medical advancements, especially in specialties like rheumatology where early intervention is critical. Mismanagement like this can have serious, lasting consequences for patients.
