Horrible. Did not listen to my concerns and challenged my health reason for the visit (established new patient/meds refill). She also wanted me to come in to do blood work for a medication that I have been taking since 2007 and then only prescribed for 6 months instead of the 1 year allotted by my insurance. Ultimately, they want you to come back in so they can charge another office visit fee. Shameful.
