He was rude, condescending, and not a physician that is for the people. Not patient friendly basically told my husband he can't do anything right and needs to be taught how to even poke his own finger- husband has had diabetes for 15 years. Steiner told husband there's nothing he can do for him. Is demanding he sees a dietician 3 times before coming back even though husband has seen numerous dieticians while during hospital stays and knows what to eat and what not to eat. Steiner said it is a behavioral thing and nothing as his wife I can do about it. Did not want me in the room, asked what my part was in his appt after telling Steiner I was his wife he asked us I was husband's interpreter (husband is clearly Caucasian). I would not send my worst enemy to him.
