I came in with a third degree burn that went through my left thumb from a Plasma Cutter (they burn hotter than the sun), this provider refused me anything for the pain, not even simple numbing cream or anything because she “didn’t think I needed it”. She proceeded to send me to another location for an x-ray to see if the burn/laceration went to the bone, tell me does something like that seem like it would need to help for the pain? Terrible treatment of a suffering patient, no sympathy, should have chosen a different career if she was going to be this cold to people.
