We have been going to Pedroso Pediatrics for 17yrs and unfortunately will not be returning due to the unprofessional and incompetent office staff: Not greeted at the front desk, assume you speak Spanish, incorrect information given, lack confidentiality loudly discussing private info, tried to charge well visit copay that’s included, we ordered copies of records and they claimed it wasn’t ordered as they had not noted it. front desk person acts as if you’re bothering her and does not comprehend basic requests yet has an attitude when you explain your needs.Tried to charge visit and “no show” billing without notice or invoice at the time of visits but instead 5 years later.Doctors and nurses have always been kind but this experience and the fact that you really don’t see Dr. Pedroso anymore but mainly PAs we will not be returning. No one should be subject to such poor service but it’s an especially worse impact for those that have been loyal to this office. It seems that over
