I visited the ER today 2/11/2026 because I was sent from complete care where I take physical and Nero-therapy due to a car accident I had last month. I went experiencing shooting pain on my left side of my neck shooting down my arm and hand. Having numbness and tingling. I had the worst and disappointing experience with him. He was rude and unprofessional, dismissing my concerns and failing to provide clear explanations about my treatment. As well he did not even look at my chart and see the list of medication I’m allergic to because after he yelled at me saying why am I in the ER and haven’t seen a neurosurgeon . He was going to give me a medication in which I’m allergic to. I was sent home and nothing was done at all at the hospital. I left the same way I went in. I was undervalued and anxious during my visit. Compassion and respect are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, I did not receive that from him. I hope this feedback helps improve future patient experiences.
