Made no diagnosis, told to use a device for clearing out nasal passages after doing scope in nose. Chief complaints were inner ear pain, slight loss of hearing, tinnitus, felt like fluid in the ear. Had a follow up exam scheduled, he called to cancel the appointment the night before. Completely unhelpful, went to another doctor after no improvement. New doctor ordered a CT scan and MRI, and ended up needing a prescription for IV antibiotics and surgery. Thankfully I went to another doctor to receive treatment.
