Dr Storch is a great doctor. He is very thorough and explains everything in which is understandable. His front desk staff however leaves a lot to be desired! The receptionist who was not present for both of my office visits called me abruptly after my second visit to abruptly tell me that I did not pay my copay and I needed to do so ASAP! I explained that the Dr escorted me out and didn’t advise I had a copay since it was a follow up. She insisted on getting the information right then and I was not able at that time to provide her with it. She insisted I give her a time when I’d be calling back since surprise surprise she wouldn’t be in and needed to let a coworker know when I’d call back. Terrible professionalism and no patient relation ethics! Thankfully I don’t need to go back to this office!
