My daughter saw Dr Marcella Perez Bustamante and when she scheduled the initial visit was asked for her insurance information. I would note that the doctor was selected because she was in-network for Cigna. When she arrived she was asked for her co-pay despite the office KNOWING that there was no co-pay since the doctor was not in-network and again did NOT advise her that there would be additional billing as well that she would be responsible! This is not about patient care...this is about a BILLING MACHINE!! This is a disgusting business practice!
