There is a severe lack in compassion and decency. I've had my mask ripped off my face from the assistant and nothing was done at all when it was brought up. If you continue to have chronic pain issues, the doctor will not be sympathetic. Instead you'll be treated like a liar and laughed at, right to your face. It's difficult enough to even make an appointment, but how you're treated is just awful. Very artificial kindness when it is attempted.
