Dr. Chang was the doctor in charge of other physicians while I go to the Community Clinic in Silver Spring, MD to be seen or treated. She seemed nice but met her once. As the head of the clinic she should ensures that physician or nurses do not abuse their positions, which to my experience did occur. This reason, I will not recommend her because she did not do what she was supposed to do as a physician protecting patients' rights like me. Thanks!
