This doctor was the WORST provider I’ve even been in contact with. I have 4 children and have used urgent care and PM pediatrics many, MANY times. I will NOT be back. The level of disrespect she spoke to me with, I’ll never forget. Making me feel like the worst parent and caretaker for my 6 month old daughter. I am a young mom, but again I have 4 kids. I’m not new to taking care of children. I came in to see if my child has a bacterial infection, an ear infection or pneumonia. I was NOT there to get advice about viruses. When she advised me to go to the hospital and have my baby poked and prodded (which I had already been through in the beginning stages of her life), I declined her advice and told her that I’d follow up with the baby’s primary care doctor the next day. She strongly advised AGAINST that and said I NEED to go to the hospital. I did not go to the hospital. I went home and my baby and I went to bed. The next morning I brought her to her primary care doctor and she told me not to worry, the baby is totally fine, and just has a virus. I told her what happened and she said to never go back. It was never a question to begin with. NONE of my 4 kids will be back and I’ll continue to share this story with ALL of my mom friends.
