It was easy to schedule an appointment. I spent very little time in the waiting area. In the past, I’ve had to deal with many dismissive doctors while trying to figure out the source of some persistent health concerns so was expecting more of the same, but I was happy to find that Dr. Batool was an excellent listener, and a good communicator, very honest and straightforward. I did not have to beg or convince her to run appropriate tests, she was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
