No choice to see Dr. Madrid. NP was nice but so pushy to get extra tests done. They are forcing patients to come in for 3 month blood checks even if they are stable (it’s a DHR policy), so it doesn’t matter that we need to limit going out right now. The clinic was clean but you will still wait 45 minutes to see the NP even if the office is empty.... my appointment was at 8 but I’m expected to be on time while the staff (NP included) walks in at 8:20). Just don’t make 8:00 appointments if you can’t get to work on-time. I recommend this place if you work at PSJA because it is free but if you want a clinic where they actually have an MD and are not just worried about making money, don’t come to this clinic.
