Dr. Merzouk is an excellent physician. There is no question about her medical skills. The problems you will have are with her personally, i.e. her social skills, and office management. She is not good about returning phone calls. Her office staff is horrendous when it comes to patient interaction-won't schedule follow up appointments because they are "too far out" and then don't send reminders. They just cancel prescription refills leaving your health in jeopardy, and forcing you to call them
