Patient Reviews
Nov 28, 2024
She seemed good when I first saw her, but over the years, I learned that she seems to be lacking knowledge in basics. I have a long history of blurred vision as a side effect from a variety of medications, but she chalked it up to getting older (even though it also occurred when I was much younger). I also have a long history of dry eye disease & MGD, with extreme tearing during a flare, yet she chalked it up to some other, yet undisclosed, cause., and i had to suggest a particular drug when she should have. They allow new hire techs to answer the phone and provide completely inaccurate medical advice. Finally, appointment times are not honored and you are left sitting in the waiting room quite long each time.
