When I found out I was in kidney failure in Sept 2019, I went to VM for a second opinion. So glad I did, because Dr. Salazar became my nephrologist and educated me and did everything we could to prolong my kidney function. When I started dialysis during the pandemic, she was so accommodating with telehealth visits. Received my kidney in September 2020 at VM and she and the rest of the team along with the surgeons were amazing. Always recommend VM for kidney and pancreas health if anyone asks.
