I was referred to her colleague in the same office. After wearing a heart monitor for a week it was decided I needed a cardiac ablation and was referred to Dr. Viqar-Syed. This doctor told me these procedures were scheduled 2 months out and walked out of the room. She spoke no more than 10 words. I left and a week later her scheduler called to schedule this procedure I had no information about. The procedure was performed and this doctor never came by to see me, before or after. 2 weeks after the procedure I had a follow up appointment. I waited over 40 minutes in the waiting room but I was never called. I finally left. I understand doctors get delayed but 40 minutes? My time is as important as any doctors. I will find a different cardiologist. The staff, aside from the lady behind the receptionist window are rude.
