I was referred to Dr. Galang for help dealing with panic attacks. My first impressions of the office weren't great, and before I'd even met with Dr. Galang, I was told I needed to submit to a drug test. Stupidly, I agreed, because at the time I was feeling rather desperate for help with my anxiety. I had tried several prescriptions from my PC to no avail, so this was supposed to be to find the right treatment plan for situational anxiety. Despite having this info, Dr. Galang insisted on focusing on how I'd tried an edible from a friend years ago (not liked it, and not repeated it), and telling me how I needed to not self-medicate (which, again, I wasn't), before taking up all of our remaining time to discuss my childhood(why??) & trying to get me to book another session, which his office never followed up to schedule. He never addressed the reason I was there, by all accounts treats all patients as pill addicts, and billed me for the drug test 5.5 months later. Unprofessional & awful.
