Wasn’t a visit it was at 5:48am and 3 of our 4 children had been up al night with a cough and a low grade fever, we called our office and trans to ok call Dr. She met my wife with an abundance of rude comments as to what did we want “her” to do at that hour and it’s “just a low fever” “this couldn’t wait till 9”. So my question is are you on call or just stating that you are. If anything, you don’t address a mother of 4 children 7 and under with that type of attitude at 5:45am. So please I implore any one trying to navigate these “new viruses” don’t call her, she will respond with absolute disgust for your situation and have zero remorse. Medical degree or not she needs a personality degree, a sincerity degree, and furthermore a compassionate degree! May never go back to the office again.
