I came to Dr. Liang about a spider angioma on my 4 year old son's right cheek, and was interested in having it removed with laser treatments. Dr. Liang was in the room with us for less than 5 minutes, and the result of talking to her was that she advised us to see a different doctor at Mass General. The advice ended up being useful because they did the actual procedure, but the billing practice of this doctor is shameful. Like I said, she charged us for a full hour of care, and spent less than 5 minutes with us and couldn't solve our issue either. I will never return to this doctor or this department within children's hospital.
